As a Muslim woman navigating the worlds of storytelling, creativity, and leadership, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of being marginalized—whether it’s being expected to deliver high-quality work for little in return or having my expertise overlooked. These struggles inspired me to create Amana: a space where professionalism is paired with integrity, and where every service reflects the principles of Ikhlas (إخلاص)—sincerity—and Ihsan (إحسان)—excellence.
